Refund and Returns Policy

At Nexsole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact (especially for electronics like the HY300 PRO Projector).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at nexsolelimited@gmail.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at nexsolelimited@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us via email for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
